Staff was great, along with the customer service. I can't however say the same for the cleanliness of the cars interior. Using just a few wipes on the steering wheel, center console and drivers seat, they went from white to black. The interior, with the exception of the front carpet mats, was filthy. I rented this vehicle a week ahead of time so I don't understand why they couldn't clean the interior areas that are most used. If you wipe the cushion of the drivers-side seat, it shouldn't come back black.
Very polite and professional staff. Check car tires and oil out before leaving. Car had a faulty tire and we were going out of state.
I have been renting from Enterprise for quit a few years and I must say I have never had a single negative experience.I will not rent from anywhere else. Thank you Enterprise!!
