I visited Victoria's Secret yesterday. It wasn't that busy. Place looked neat, clean, and beautiful as it always does.
Would be nice to have the store hours, at least a recording when you call, nothing, really!!
I had two sweatshirts in my arms, nearly ready to get in line, when I was approached by an employee reminding me that the perfume section had many deals, etc. I smiled and turned around to be asked if I was looking for a specific size. I politely responded, "no, but thank-you", only to turn around and be reminded that my purchase of $75 or more would mean a sparkly bag for free. I thanked her like the one earlier.

It was then, that I took the two sweatshirts I was "going" to buy and decided I didn't want to be verbally attacked with more reviews of what they were offering.... I couldn't get out of there fast enough, afraid someone else may stop me and ask if I found everything I needed, etc. I put the shirts back where I got them from and practically sprinted towards the door.
However, when everywhere you turn, someone is asking you a million questions, telling you about the sales- (again).... it's frustrating. It's as if all of them memorized scripts to rattle off to each customer.
Are we in 2016????
Awesome customer service, think her name was Victoria or Vanessa...but she had me measured and three bras in hand within 5 min through the door. Also showed me new items and deals. Very clean store and was not as busy as the one in Buckland, where we had to wait over an hour to check out! Awesome birthday experience!
Badgering, following, and incessant talking... too much.... too too much.
I was planning to purchase about four sweatshirts for Xmas presents. The employees were professional, friendly, and polite. However, I left the store empty handed because of one reason-
Do customers appreciate assistance at times? Yes, we do.
... the over-anxious and talkative employees that follow you around like a shadow. I know they're doing what they've been told, but no customer that I know of wants to be clobbered as soon as one foot is in the door.
