I went in 7/15/17 to buy a file cabinet. They had 2 kinds. A $199 and a $209 version. They did not have the $199. I asked the manager if he would sell me the $209 one for $199. He said he couldn't. I said but I see it online at a competitor for $199 and you won't price match? He said No. I said are you sure. It's $10 and you would rather I walk. He said cant do it. I also had already picked out other items to buy and had them with me. Instead. I put everything back and left. This is why retail is failing. I already have moved a lot of my office purchases to online competitor. They not only let me walk over $10 They missed out on my other purchases and future business. It's hard to understand
The young lady Abby that helped me was very kind and efficient save me money n time as i was not feeling well excellent customer service
Pretty much the same as every other Staples everywhere. Employees were very helpful and friendly though.

I wouldn't shop here. They strongly alluded I was going to be hired and then pulled the rug out from under me. People like this have no integrity, therefore I don't shop at this location. Go to the one on the Berlin Turnpike, let this one close.
