Two words: necessary "evil." I am strongly frustrated by this place but need it at the same time. Latest is waiting over 2 hours for a truck.

Staff is very hit or miss, unfortunately more miss. Was looking for some suction cups for a project, the website was wrong so I decided to as the employee at the pro checkout counter, he didn't know so he asked a different employee and he said probably hardware and that was the end of the "assistance" I got. Hopefully the website works again shortly because it's actually useful.
