The property is clean, the unit prices are fair and competitive amd the Manager is simply the best!! She cares and doesnt treat you like just money she legit cares for her tenants and helps them. Office is clean, property is safe amd well lit. Best storage place I have ever used!!
Extremely unhelpful service. Autopayment failed to go trough and suddenly without warning they put you in lien, where they force you to come in to pay in cash, despite the fact I was ready to pay the moment I found out. It's an absurd policy that they were not helpful with, and I will not be using this company again in the future.
Darlene is absolutely wonderful. Her customer service and goal to satisfy the needs of everyone who walks in is of upmost importance to her. I myself have been in customer service for years and can tell you that she is amazing! The location is centrally located, the grounds are clean, and the fact that it is 24 hour accessible is a plus!
