Family owned and operated, AMAZING customer service!!! Not pretentious yet utterly knowledgeable. Something for families, hipsters and very serious riders. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable on your bike and stand by their "bring it back if it's not right" policy. A class act minus the attitude. Love this shop! Highly recommend supporting this kind of small business!
I can not say enough great things about everyone that works at Bicycles East. From Deb and Steve to all the service guys. Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Everytime I go there they make you feel like family. They can help anyone from the casual biker to the triathlon. Great asset to Glastonbury. I would highly recommend them.
I was interested in an e-Bike, after speaking with Steve, Deb and Beth I test rode the Trek of my choice, ( try test riding on the Internet ) loved the e-bike and bought it . I opted for Steve's optional fitting, well worth the investment, the bike fits me like a glove. I could not be happier. I'm a customer for life.

Had a great bike fit experience with Steve at Bicycles East. It was my first bike fit, so I wasn't sure what to expect or if it would even be helpful. But Steve did a great job! He has great equipment and knowledge and was very professional. The experience exceeded my expectations. I'm very comfortable on my aero bike now. Thanks Steve!
Simply stated, Bicycles East is a gem. Steve, Deb and the entire staff treats customers like....Wait for it, 'customers' and not someone interrupting their day. Respect, courtesy is the norm, Never pressure selling, just very friendly technically correct advice and suggestions.
