We had one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agent, Marybeth Barrett, Real Estate Agent - Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT) , she was your typical agent, push you purchase price higher and not helpful at all in the negotiation process. Also, she missed some very important stuff during the purchase. Overall, I would recommend against using this agent.
