Great Food and Service. Had cup of chilli excellent. Had Chicken Fajitas, Chicken was Juicy and Excellent. Waitress was Excellent responsive service. As a bonus i forgot cell phone and they called me to tell me i forgot it before i realized i forgot it. Thanks Bruce.
Nice place for families, young people and dining alone. Good food and drinks for the price with a friendly staff.
Still excellent food choices. Chips and salsa are a must. Pleasant atmosphere.
Arrive there September 2nd 7 p.m. I was told the 15-minute wait which actually turned into 35 minute way meanwhile left side of the restaurant had nobody in there seated on the right side there had to be at least 5 tables covered with food could not figure out why two holsters and one manager could not clean those tables off we were told that we had to wait for the wait staff to catch up? as we were waiting in line at least three families walked out they couldn't get a true explanation of why they couldn't sit on the left side where nobody was sitting. Haven't eaten at Chili's for three years since they changed the menu that's not good I remember this restaurant you couldn't find a seat it was really good? Slow 15 minutes to be waited on another 15 minutes for order to be taken so now we're there 30 minutes? Why aren't the Fiat is coming out of the kitchen steaming and sizzling like they used to I had some meat and some shrimp and chicken throwing on a hot plate and throwing down on the table here eat it? When we get the bill and I had product on the bill that we didn't even order. I'm sorry I will never eat at any Chili's Grill & Bar ever again. I will never eat at your dump again. your poor leadership will probably try to put the blame on the waitresses? they work very hard they had to work extra hard cuz they were understaffed. Sounds like poor management? Remember all Chili's were good at one time until corporate got involved now they want us to eat their garbage never again!
