I have been going to Dr. Atton for years. I find his staff very professional and yes stand there for 10 minutes and they are busy. It will take awhile to get in if you are not a client but make the appointment and you will learn that this staff and Doctors care about you.
RUDE! I called in knowing very well that as a new client they could most likely not get me into the office for a few weeks or more but when i finally got in touch with the receptionist (the line was busy for 45min, probably talking with her mother or some friend, highly unlikely she was on the phone with a client that long) she was rude and abrupt like I had interrupted her previous phone call or office chit chat. If you dont want to be bothered being a receptionist isn't the job for you! Anyway they are not even talking to new clients until end of April she told me, they dont have a waiting list or anything and when I told her my issue (cysts under my skin that are causing severe pain and I would appreciate it if I could be on a waiting list to be seen asap) she just kept repeating No New Clients until April the earliest. I understand if your busy but the rude attitude is not needed. I am getting so sick of all these doctors and their staff.
