I had a great experience with Dr. Benedetto and her staff. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was really nice and a pleasure to interact with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Benedetto, she's highly competent in her field and cares about her patients.
I was extremely disappointed in Dr Benedetto's staff. I went through my examine with Dr Benedetto all to find out later during the checkout process that they thought I was a different patient. Her employee yelled at me for going in under a different patient's name. Blaming the patient ... instead her employee SHOULD HAVE VERIFIED BOTH MY FIRST AND LAST name. They even placed the wrong chart in my room when the Dr was checking me! I will never go back to this facility. I'm thankful no medication was administered.
